Pre-bid analysis: Pre-bid meeting and checking the qualifications of the agencies willing to bid for the work. Comparative analysis of offenders.

Assessments and finalization of most competent & eligible contractor for civil, electrical, plumbing and other services (HVAC, etc.).

Coordination of activities if the above agencies involved including Architect and various consultants to day to day supervision. Formulation, regular monitoring &updating of the construction schedule using the tools like Bar chart, CPM, Pert, etc. ensuring that the work should be completed within the stipulated time. Quality control & monitoring, Checking & analyzing the testing reports ( cost incurred for testing shall be borne by the client/contractor).

Conducting weekly coordinating meetings with all the concerned contractual & consultants agencies and the client or their authorized representatives.
